Hair Oil

With the high temps this summer, my hair has been dry and lifeless. I started using the Hair Oil a couple of times a week, and as a result, my hair has body and shape again. Plus, it smells great!

A beautiful light oil to run through my hair after the shower to prevent my hair from getting frizzy and out of control. A little goes a long way. I don't need to use other hair products because whether I let it air dry, it's up in a towel, or I blow it dry, it comes out silky and soft. And don't get me started on the smell. Swoon...

My curls love this product. Once a week I apply it to my scalp, then cover my hair for half an hour before shampooing. I don't need conditioner when I use it. My hair looks shiny and healthy. I get better curl definition from this than I do with many curly hair products. I have fine, porous, color treated hair.

I use at night, my hair wrapped in a hair-towel. I keep all day long then, and not only is my hair shiny (I am browned haired), but also well restored. I wash it with Dr.Haushka shampoo and use the hair conditioner. My hair is clean, lovely and this for a whole week!

This is my favourite hair oil out of about 7 I've tried as moisturizers over the past couple of decades. This time I tried hair oil to treat a condition I suffered over the past year, which was a weird itchy scalp problem but no dandruff, coupled with gradually thinning hair. To my pleasant surprise these problems have been completely reversed by using Dr. H hair oil and tonic. Over a 3-month period my itchy scalp and thinning hair problems have completely disappeared. I rub this oil into my scalp and hair and let it sit for several hours before washing my hair. After washing and applying the tonic, my scalp is back to a balanced state with no itchiness. (As a sidenote that may be helpful to others, I believe the hard water where I live along with the pex pipes inside the wall might have caused super dry, irritated scalp and hair thinning, as I never had the problems until I had a bathroom remodel which involved removing the copper pipes and replacing them with the common toxic pex pipes, which I didn't even know the plumbers did until it was all done, but ever since then my hair has thinned and scalp has been itchy... I can't get the copper pipes back, but the consequences are reversed by use of this oil along with the Dr. H scalp tonic every couple of days to maintain the cure.) I also use the oil for styling, very sparingly rubbed all over my hands, front and back, to moisturize only on the bottom 1/3 of my hair by running my hands through my hair while hanging my head upside down, to cure the dry ends and frizz; either wet or dry hair, does not matter, it looks the same once it soaks in. The oil works very well for daily moisture and styling as long as I don't use too much there is no evidence that it is in my hair as it soaks in completely and leaves my hair shiny and soft.

This is wonderful to use on dry hair

I am in my 70's and color my hair. It is shoulder length and pretty. After the first wash after color, my hair feels a bit dry. I run this wonderful hair oil through my hair. It calms the dry ends and adds a luster. It is oily, of course, when you put in in your hands, because it IS an oil. But with the correct amount, does not make my hair look oily. I've used many products which advertise that they define waves and soften but I am always disappointed. However, this hair oil does restore my natural waves and appearance.

Great product especially if you have dry, frizzy hair. I rub this into my scalp before shampooing and when I have the time leave it in for an hour or more. The results are smooth and nourishing. hair feels great.

I color my hair and after shampooing, it is a bit dry and stiff. So, I put just two shakes of this wonderful oil into my palms and distribute through my hair. The oil transforms my hair into soft locks and is NOT oily looking or feeling. My hair is still soft the next day.

Excellent product! It makes my beard hair super soft, and it gives my beard a healthy shine without being greasy. When my other oils run out, I plan to use this as my sole beard oil.
