Lipsticks and Lip Care

I have used Dr. Hauschka's lipsticks for a number of years now -- love the texture, the colors and knowing that the ingredients are of high quality. I also use the glosses. Azalea + Orpine - Love!

After years of trying to make RMS lipstick work I'm so glad to made the switch to Dr. Hauschka! I hated the smell and chalky feeling of RMS (it didn't feel very natural) and it would end up drying out within a year, mostly unused. The Dr. Hauschka lipstick has a softer, more pleasant smell, and goes on much more smoothly. I wish there were color descriptions to help you order, however I lucked out and both colors I chose were pretty much what I expected them to be. I have an olive but very rosy complexion and both colors are complimentary. Orpine is a cool, more matte, semi-opaque plum, with an almost neutral look depending on how lightly you apply it. I have pretty thin lips and it's hard to get a nice shape with strong/darker colors, but this works great for me. I was worried the color would be too dark, but it's actually perfect and can additionally be lightened by applying it over the Lip Care Stick. Azalea is a little bit punchier, more of a cool, slightly plum pink, however the color is more sheer with a slight sheen, so you can go for more of a soft or bold look as desired.

The best nude lipstick

I have tried dozens of nude from many brands and I found them to be looking grey on my lips. Color: 13 bromelia is simply perfect and pairs perfectly the Color: 04 cumaru lip liner. The texture and finish is satin but moisturizing. It fits well for my mature lips. Highly recommend this lipstick better than all luxury brands. his lipstick is perfect I have an olive complexion, 50 year old.

Orpine is a lovely colour

I have red hair and fair skin with yellowy undertones and the Orpine colour looks great on me. Not too dark, not too light, just right... and feels great on my lips as well. I like these lipsticks because I can use them like a lip balm and apply them without a mirror because they are sheer enough to do so while also giving a good pop of colour... and they smell great!!!
