Perfect for liquid foundation: Dr. Hauschka Foundation Brush.
With its very compact, flat, slanted brush head, this make-up brush is perfect for the even application of liquid Foundation and for creating soft transitions around the ears, neck and hairline. Here’s how to apply your Foundation properly: Put a little Foundation on the back of your hand and dab it onto the Foundation Brush. Then apply to the face using downwards strokes (see ‘Usage’).
A tip from our make-up professionals: Holding the Foundation Brush close to the brush head produces more precise application. The further away from the brush head you hold the brush, the softer the result.
The flat, slanted brush with smooth gliding synthetic hairs optimally distributes liquid textures for an even complexion.
Cleaning: wash brush hairs under warm water, creating a gentle lather with a little Dr. Hauschka Shower Cream. Rinse well. Finally, gently squeeze out the brush, carefully stroking back into shape. Place on a hand towel and leave to dry at room temperature.
Add a small amount of Foundation to the brush and use downward strokes to apply from the forehead to the chin, and from the tip of the nose to the jawbone. Finally, blend the transition areas into the neck, ears and hairline.

Good even though I don't care for brushes
I normally do not apply foundaton with a brush, but this one is really great to use after I have applied by hand, because it helps to spread the foundation more evenly and especially around the eye area the brush thins out the foundation and pushes into the pores so that application of concealer followed by powder appears much more naturally as the end result.

Almost perfect
Excellent quality brush. I have always used sponges to apply my foundation but this brush does a better job. It blends beautifully and uses less product. My only complaint is the brush head needs to be larger.
