Dr. Hauschka’s handy Coverstick provides three functions: it conceals impurities and blemishes, reduces greasy shine, and soothes the skin with lasting effect. As practical as it is natural, the Dr. Hauschka Coverstick is a valuable and versatile companion. Choose from two shades: 01 (natural) or 02 (sand). You can apply foundation or powder as usual over the Coverstick.
Coverstick conceals blemishes and imperfections while soothing and supporting the skin’s natural processes of renewal. Skin becomes imbalanced for a variety of reasons, including hormonal shifts, stressful conditions and a change of climate or season. Coverstick offers highly effective skin care that hides small imperfections while calming and nurturing skin.
Formulation: Coverstick combines nurturing botanical extracts with moisture-retaining precious oils and waxes to conceal blemishes as they heal. Reduce the appearance of blemishes while extracts of rose petal, calendula, carrot and anthyllis soothe redness. Mineral pigments blend and conceal for an even complexion.

Apply at the first signs of blemishes. Reapply several times throughout the day. Gently blend the edges. Make-up and powder can be applied on top, if desired. Coversticks are available in 2 shades: sand and natural.
With the right products, applying make-up to blemished skin is not a problem. Start by covering blemishes and redness with our Coverstick. You can then apply Dr. Hauschka Foundation or Dr. Hauschka Compact Powder. Neither of these products clog the pores.Important: Always use clean, disinfected make-up brushes.
Treat yourself to a Dr. Hauschka Special Treatment for Impure Skin. Blemishes can be spot treated by dabbing a little Clarifying Steam Bath directly onto the affected area.

Will use up, but won’t buy again
Coverage is so-so, and the cover stick detached from the tube pretty early on. It’s not the worst I’ve used, but it’s not the best. I really wanted to love it because of the healthy ingredients Dr Hauschka uses in their products. I’ll still be coming back for other products!

This concealer is on the dry side, which is helpful for good coverage. Just be careful not to blend it too much or you'll wipe it off. The color match (01 Natural) was perfect for my neutral complexion (light but not fair-skinned white lady). I'm giving it 4 stars because it doesn't sink in but rather sits on top of my skin. It's subtle and not a deal breaker, but there it is. I do love that the ingredients are actually good for my skin. My last concealer broke me out and didn't cover as well as this one. I use a lighter concealer from a different brand for under my eyes.
