General Shipping Information

Orders ship via FedEx Ground and leave our facility within 1-2 business days. Special delivery services (i.e. 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) are available and orders will ship on the same business day if the order is received before 1pm EST. 

Methods

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground for the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders shipped FedEx Ground will generally arrive within 3 to 8 business days depending upon U.S delivery location.

FedEx is facing potential delivery delays due to temporary traffic adjustments, security perimeters, and road closures around World Cup venues.

Charges

Orders over $48 ship for free with FedEx Ground services. For orders under $48 or with Special Delivery Services (ie. 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) the shipping rates are set by FedEx based on distance and weight.

Customers who mail in order requests, and are pre-paying with a check, are charged $11.50 if the order is under $48.

The following states are charged sales tax: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and North Carolina.

Shipping to Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands

Puerto Rico

• When shipping to Puerto Rico packages will be shipped through U.S. Postal Service.
• There is a $20 fee for orders under $48 shipped to Puerto Rico.

US Virgin Islands

• When shipping to the US Virgin Islands packages will be shipped through U.S. Postal Service.
• There is a $20 fee for orders under $48 shipped to the US Virgin Islands.

Outside The U.S.

We're sorry, we are unable to accept orders that are shipped to destinations outside the U.S. If you are from outside the U.S. you may visit the International Partners portion of our web site to locate a distributor in your country.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt (excluding weekend days, holidays or closure for unforeseen circumstances).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following business day.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Expiration Dates

Full Size Products have expiration dates with at least 6 months. Non-full size items have expiration dates with at least 3 months.
