General Shipping Information

Orders ship via FedEx Ground and leave our facility within 1-2 business days. Special delivery services (i.e. 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) are available and orders will ship on the same business day if the order is received before 1pm EST. 

Methods

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground for the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders shipped FedEx Ground will generally arrive within 3 to 8 business days depending upon U.S delivery location.

Deliveries to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be expedited. P.O. Box shipments will be delivered via U.S. Postal Service. Please contact our Customer Care Team for USPS Tracking Information at 800-247-9907 or info@drhauschka.com

Charges

Orders over $50 ship for free with FedEx Ground services. For orders under $50 or with Special Delivery Services (ie. 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) the shipping rates are set by FedEx based on distance and weight.

Customers who mail in order requests, and are pre-paying with a check, are charged $11.50 if the order is under $50.

The following states are charged sales tax: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and North Carolina.

Shipping to Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands

Puerto Rico

  • When shipping to Puerto Rico packages will be shipped through U.S. Postal Service.
  • There is a $20 fee for orders under $50 shipped to Puerto Rico.

US Virgin Islands

  • When shipping to the US Virgin Islands packages will be shipped through U.S. Postal Service.
  • There is a $20 fee for orders under $50 shipped to the US Virgin Islands.

Outside The U.S.

We're sorry, we are unable to accept orders that are shipped to destinations outside the U.S. If you are from outside the U.S. you may visit the International Partners portion of our web site to locate a distributor in your country.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt (excluding weekend days, holidays or closure for unforeseen circumstances).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following business day.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

FEDEX Express Suspends Service Guarantee from 11/21-12/31 and will not be responsible for late shipments during this pickup window. FEDEX recommends allowing at least an extra transit day for deliveries outside of major cities.

Due to extremely high volume of orders during the time between 11/21-12/31 the warehouse team cannot guarantee we will be able to get expedited shipping for direct orders out the door on the day of receiving said order and recommend customers contact a Dr. Hauschka Representative at 800-247-9907 if an expedited method has been chosen when they place their order on the website so we can be informed.
