Should the products be refrigerated?
No, Dr.Hauschka products are tested for stability under conditions of normal use. Store in a cool area, out of direct sunlight.
Why do you use aluminum tubes?
Aluminum tubes are used because they add to the stability of our synthetic preservative-free creams. The tubes are coated with a food-grade resin which effectively prevents contact with the product.
Why do you use glass bottles?
Glass is a non-porous and inert packaging material that is recyclable.
What type of plastic is used for the Eye Solace and Rhythmic Conditioners?
A medical-grade high density polyurethane is used for Eye Solace and Rhythmic Conditioner ampules. Our tests show it does not deteriorate or leach any undesirable compounds into the product under conditions of normal usage.
