Description

Coverstick conceals blemishes and imperfections while soothing and supporting the skin’s natural processes of renewal. Skin becomes imbalanced for a variety of reasons, including hormonal shifts, stressful conditions and a change of climate or season. Coverstick offers highly effective skin care that hides small imperfections while calming and nurturing skin.

Formulation: Coverstick combines nurturing botanical extracts with moisture-retaining precious oils and waxes to conceal blemishes as they heal. Reduce the appearance of blemishes while extracts of rose petal, calendula, carrot and anthyllis soothe redness. Mineral pigments blend and conceal for an even complexion.

Usage Dr. Hauschka Coverstick

Apply at the first signs of blemishes. Reapply several times throughout the day. Gently blend the edges. Make-up and powder can be applied on top, if desired. Coversticks are available in 2 shades: sand and natural.

Tips

With the right products, applying make-up to blemished skin is not a problem. Start by covering blemishes and redness with our Coverstick. You can then apply Dr. Hauschka Foundation or Dr. Hauschka Face Powder. Neither of these products clog the pores.
Important: Always use clean, disinfected make-up brushes.

Treat yourself to a Dr. Hauschka Special Treatment for Oily, Blemished Skin. Blemishes can be spot treated by dabbing a little Clarifying Steam Bath directly onto the affected area.

Beautiful

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this coverstick. I was expecting it to settle into fines lines, look cakey or greasy with no coverage and make my maturing skin look older. NONE of that happened! I was thrilled to discover that it made my undereye area look refreshed, smooth and it covers imperfections like shadows, spots and redness perfectly. It literally melted into my skin on application and needs very little blending- Maybe a few pats with a light touch and it's seamless. There's no oxidization- It stays true BUT you have to set it with the Dr. Hauschka Loose Face Powder or else it won't last throughout the day. My skin loves the botanical formula and natural ingredients, plus the pleasantly natural scent. The ease of use, partnered with so many other positives, has made this my favorite concealer. FYI- The shade I ordered was 01 Natural, which is perfect for fair, light, and light medium skin tones.Thank you to Dr. Hauschka for creating a wonderful product.

I like this on days i don't want to do make up and use it as a spot concealer. I wish it was creamier since it doesn't blend as smoothly as other reviews said. It's a good product, I hope they add more diversity within the colors for people with darker tones like myself.

Creamy coverup

I have been using the Coverstick for quite a few years now. I really like it a lot as it is easy to apply and blends with either my finger or a Q-tip. It is creamy and you really canâ€™t see it if itâ€™s carefully applied. Iâ€™m very grateful that Dr. Hauschka created this product!

Great coverage, lovely texture , soothing to the skin

I bought this cover stick for my 30 year old daughter who loves it. She uses it for under her eyes at times and also when she has some acne breakouts on her jawline. She says that it doesnâ€™t aggravate the acne, is soothing to her skin, goes on well, blends well and covers well. Sheâ€™s very happy with it

Why Not Add New Shades Vs Discontinuing the Existing Shade?

The original shade of this cover stick was positively ideal for fair skin. I have not been able to find another shade that doesn't make my skin look orange, and when I found this one I was sold, and reordered regularly. When I went to re-order my tried and true cover stick, I saw 'new shades' and ordered the same 01 I always had in the past. What came in the mail was unfortunately no where close to the original color, and makes my skin look orange! I am back on the search for another concealer that works with my skin tone. Why did you have to change a good thing, Dr. Hauschka?! :(

Does not work for the sensitive area under the eyes or for mature skin

This formula is heavy and drying...not something I could ever use on my sensitive under eye area or on my mature skin. It is cakey like a cover up for teenaged blemishes not smooth and flowing like its predecessor. I am sad to see that lovely product is no longer available.

Iâ€™d buy again.

I bought the #2 color and probably could have gone one shade darker for the summer months. Iâ€™m normally not one who would wear the darkest shade. I like the ingredients. The stick goes on smooth. It doesnâ€™t cake up or irritate my skin. Even though I find the shade a touch light I can blend it in easily. This isnâ€™t full coverage on blemishes but offers a bit of coverage.

Good compliment for skin tone

I've used other concealer sticks that did not cover well or help with healing. This stick did both and melts into the skin for very light coverage that can be layered as needed.

My Favorite

I have been using this coverstick for many years and love that it 1) uses natural ingredients that do not dry out or irritate my skin and 2) is effective at evening my skin tone and covering blemishes. I do find that I need to protect this product from high temperatures, however, which is difficult during New Jersey summers, and that the stick can break under excessive pressure, especially if it is too warm out. I have tried other products and brands and keep returning to this one because it is my favorite.

Dr. Hauschka service was very good, and the shade of the coverstick is right for me. However, I thought that I was ordering the kind of coverstick that I have been so happy with for years, which dispensed small dots of cover through little holes on the head of the wand...oh well!

I LOVE my Coverstick 02

I have fair skin and use the Coverstick 02 - which I absolutely love. The texture is creamy but not too thick or oily. It blends in well and offers great coverage. I've been buying this product for about 3 years now with no plans to change!

Best for under eyes on this 54 yo!

I have tried several coverups but they always settle in the creases under my eyes, or they just donâ€™t cover the dark circles. This cover stick is the best. It blends perfectly and is smooth but not too creamy. I love it and will use it from here on out.
