Early Signs
In the early stage, Rosacea appears as red, spidery veins on the cheeks or nose. We recommend daily cleansing morning and night with Cleansing Milk for a period of time, gradually shifting to Cleansing Cream for deeper, more effective daily cleansing. Follow with Facial Toner to help hydrate, soothe and harmonize. Rhythmic Conditioner, Sensitive helps reduce redness, inflammation and irritation. Take your pick of Dr.Hauschka facial moisturizers: Rose Day Cream, Quince Day Cream and Toned Day Cream are all blends of select botanicals that moisturize, soothe and protect the skin gently but effectively. An occasional Rejuvenating Mask treatment will reduce redness and inflammation. Alternate mask treatments with Firming Mask to hydrate and soothe.

Advanced Rosacea
In later stages of Rosacea the skin becomes inflamed and acne may develop. You should consult your Dr.Hauschka Esthetician at this stage to work out an individualized skin care program. Most of the above products are appropriate skin care for advanced rosacea, but you may wish to try switching to Normalizing Day Oil as your daily moisturizer. It further calms irritation and helps reduce the occurrence of acne.

Hypersensitive Skin
If your skin is regularly irritated, highly reactive to allergens and pollutants and you have stress-related blemishes, your skin may be hypersensitive. Dr.Hauschka’s Advanced Options include Rhythmic Conditioner, Sensitive and Intensive Treatment 03 for hypersensitive skin.
