General Shipping Information:Orders ship via UPS Ground and leave our facility within 2 business days. UPS does not ship to post office (PO) boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO).
Methods
- Orders are shipped via UPS Ground Residential for the continental US and 2nd Day Air for Alaska and Hawaii. (See freight charge for 2nd Day Air to HI and AK below)
Freight Charges for Alaska and Hawaii for Mail Order Customers:

- Actual UPS shipping is charged for Special Delivery Services, (i.e. 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Saturday delivery).
- Orders shipped UPS Ground will arrive to the customer within 3 to 9 business days. Shipping time depends upon location in the U.S. (Delivery can take 1 to 7 business days plus our 48 hour processing time)
Charges
- Customers are charged the actual shipping rate regardless of the amount of the order with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.
- Customers who are pre-paying with a check are charged a flat rate of $6.50 if they live east of the Mississippi and $8.00 for those west of the Mississippi.
- A $15.00 Priority processing fee is added to orders shipped out the same day. This guarantees that the order leaves the same day it is received. These Priority orders must be received by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
- The following states are charged sales tax:
California (7% to 8.75% based on county), Colorado (3.5%), Florida (6% to 7.5% based on county), Illinois (6.25%), Massachusetts (5%), New Jersey (6%) and New York (6% to 9.75% based on county).
Shipping to Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands
Puerto Rico
- When shipping to Puerto Rico, packages are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air and charged actual freight cost.
- If the UPS Zone is not recognized, there will be a flat rate of $12.00 for shipping and handling.
Virgin Islands
- When shipping to the Virgin Islands packages will be shipped through United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
- There is a $12.00 flat rate shipping charge for all orders shipped to the Virgin Islands.
Outside The U.S.
We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders that are shipped to destinations outside the U.S. If you are from outside the U.S. you may visit the
International Partners portion of our web site to locate a distributor in your country.
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days).
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin being processed the following Monday.
- Orders marked as a Priority Order will be processed the same day if received by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time for a fee of $15.00.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
