    We'd like to learn more about your reasons for return so that we can improve our services and meet your needs. Please take a moment to complete the following form before making your return. If you are having a problem with a product that you have ordered, we may be able to help you directly prior to the return.

    How to Return Something:

    If you are not satisfied with any Dr.Hauschka Skin Care product and our Before You Make a Return option was unable to help you, you may return your product for a refund or a replacement. Simply send the product back to:

    We recommend you use UPS or US Priority to ensure fast delivery. We are unable to refund shipping charges. Make sure to include your name and phone number in your returned package .

    • If you would like a replacement product, we will send out a replacement of the same product at no cost to you.
    • If you would like a credit card refund, we will need your credit card information in order to issue the refund to your credit card. If this information is not included with your returned product, we will call you to collect it. Please Note: We cannot process a credit card refund without this necessary information .

    • Security Code (found on the back of the card)
    • Name on the Card
