How do I contact a person to discuss a return?

Call our Customer Service Department at 800-247-9907 between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday -Thursday and 9am to 5pm Friday to speak to a representative. We also provide an automated attendant and voice mail system, 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Press “0” at any time to speak to a Customer Service Representative during business hours.

What is your return policy?

Dr.Hauschka Skin Care unconditionally assures the purity and quality of our product line and gladly accepts returns for refund or replacement when there is a defective or damaged product, allergic reaction or dissatisfaction with a product.
